Emotional days at the winery 🍾✨
We bottled our 2025 vintage, a wine shaped by an exceptionally early harvest and the unique character of Pinot Noir from Les Riceys.
This stage, called the tirage, marks the beginning of the prise de mousse: the natural second fermentation inside the bottle that slowly creates the bubbles of Champagne.
From now on, time and patience will do their work quietly in our cellars for the next few years.
A beautiful reminder that every bottle of Champagne begins long before it is finally opened. 🥂
