Live from the vineyard. Time to start the harvest with the Syrah.

This plot is called Gippières and is located in the Dentelles de Montmirail.
It is South orientated so we quite often start there.
The berries are always delicious as well as the seeds and the stems.

The old French tradition requires with cheeses, some bread, walnut, pear.
An oxydized white wine is of course the best with its nuts flavours so this Oxygen, bottled last year, is perfect 🙂
