From my student time I start building a life of experiences and knowledge in what is best way to welcome and accommodate guests in a true way.

From a international food business degree, I worked in food business and travel guide edition (Michelin). I switch to hospitality in 2006 with a first 3 years in Sainte Marie Island, Madagascar and from 2011 in Marrakech, Morocco. My missions have been to improve business missing good energy. This both have been more than successful. Enough background now to share my knowledge for a partnership to

create from ground zero or to work on existing. To catch the best from the country and from the people to make a vernacular place where guests will have a real life experience!
