[BOOTS ON THE GROUND] As part of the "Boots on the Ground" visits, Olivier Blaringhem, new BOURBON CEO, and Karim Mebarek, CCO, travelled to Guyana to meet the Bourbon Guyana team at their headquarters, visit our vessels Bourbon Diamond, Bourbon Mistral, Bourbon Calm and Bourbon Ruby, and meet with our client Saipem. 🤝

These visits are an opportunity to connect with our people, gain first-hand insight into our operations and exchange directly with our clients on their expectations and challenges.

From our offices to our vessels and our clients’ sites, one priority remains constant: delivering safe, reliable and high-quality operations, together.

[BOOTS ON THE GROUND] Olivier Blaringhem, new CEO of BOURBON, began his visit to the Bourbon Angola teams in Luanda, before travelling to our bases in Soyo and heading offshore for 2 days meeting our crews on board the Bourbon Explorer 516, the Bourbon Argos, and our Crewliners and interfield Crewboats.

A week at the heart of our operations, to meet our teams, our clients and partners. Angola is the first stop in a series of visits that will take Olivier Blaringhem to several of our operating areas.

Boots on the ground. Listening to our teams. Understanding our clients’ needs. And building the future of BOURBON together. 👍 🚢

[ENVIRONMENT] BOURBON reaffirms its commitment to a more responsible maritime industry!

At the 2026 Green Shipping Day yesterday, BOURBON had its Green Marine Europe certification renewed. Having participated in the program since 2023, BOURBON is thus continuing its efforts to continuously improve its environmental performance.

This environmental certification provides BOURBON with a detailed framework to measure and reduce the environmental impact of its maritime activities. Green Marine Europe now brings together 47 organizations and 29 certified shipowners, along with shipyards and, more recently, ports, all united by a common goal: to improve the environmental performance of the maritime sector.
The Group views Green Marine Europe as more than a certification tool—it serves as a platform for industry collaboration and knowledge sharing.

📍 And that was the purpose of that Green Shipping Day!

[COMMITMENT] “My job is to help seafarers.”

After 21 years with BOURBON, including 13 years at sea, Samuel Peslier has continued his career ashore as a Crewing Manager.

Today, he oversees a pool of around 1,000 seafarers, coordinating their operational management while also contributing to the digital transformation of shipmanagement activities.

His experience at sea has shaped a simple belief at the heart of his work: behind every schedule, every file and every crew change, there is a person.

And after all these years, his motivation remains the same: to support seafarers and teams whenever they need it!

[PRESS RELEASE] The Bourbon Evolution 810 begins its first offshore operations in India.

A new milestone for BOURBON’s IMR (Inspection, Maintenance and Repair) activities! The Bourbon Evolution 810, the latest vessel in the Bourbon Evolution 800 series, has started its first long-term contract off the Indian coast, supporting our customer’s complex Subsea operations.
Designed for deepwater operations down to 3,000 meters, this vessel strengthens BOURBON’s IMR fleet with enhanced capabilities, combining:
- Advanced DP3 dynamic positioning system and reference systems
- Integrated ROV, survey and construction services
- Two active heave compensated cranes (40t & 150t) covering the entire deck area
- A 1,200 m² deck space designed for complex subsea missions
- Accommodation capacity for up to 105 people, ensuring safe and efficient long-term operations offshore

In a market facing an aging IMR fleet and limited renewal, the arrival of the Bourbon Evolution 810 reflects BOURBON’s commitment to providing modern, versatile solutions to support customers’ most demanding offshore projects.

[SAFETY] A strong safety culture is never built in isolation. It grows through dialogue, trust and a shared commitment across organizations.

That is what yesterday's meeting at BOURBON's headquarters in Marseille was all about, as Gaël BODÉNÈS welcomed a TotalEnergies delegation including Emmanuelle GUEGAN, Albane Arseguel, Jerome Profinet, Fabien Segura and Francois Barbiche.

Bringing leadership teams together to openly discuss safety challenges, share best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement helps align expectations, strengthen collaboration and reinforce a proactive safety culture across both organizations.
