This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 sitting room modern house located in-between Granville and Avranches in the Normandy countryside has a large quiet garden in peaceful surroundings. The local bar/restaurant (bookings required) is a 2 minute walk away and the nearest village/supermarkets is a 5/10 minute drive. ble three-piece-suite and an extending dining table that seats 8 people. All views downstairs are of the extensive garden (lawn and trees). There is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, slow cooker, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee-maker) and everything you need to cook and savour the local food! The downstairs bathroom is bright and has a big shower stall and separate WC. The downstairs bedroom is the largest of the three and has 3 single beds, in-built storage and shelving and views into the back garden. Upstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms which lead off from the upstairs salon. The larger bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has a small double bed (4ft) and a single bed with storage drawers and hanging space. All views upstairs are of the garden and local countryside. All three bedrooms can be 'blacked out' at night as the windows all have blinds. The upstairs salon comprises a large reading room / relaxing room with seating for 6 people. If your party is bigger than 8 persons, this area can be used for camp beds, of which we have 2. Again, this area can be 'blacked out' for sleeping. The upstairs bathroom has a large bath, bidet and WC. The large garden that surrounds the property is well-maintained and good for children who like lots of space to run around in. There are plenty of garden chairs, garden toys and even a goal post for those of you who enjoy a kick-about! There's a high chair, baby bath, travel cot and safety gate at your disposal. Towels and bedding are not included in the hire prices - duvets and pillows available for all the beds, of course.
