Thales and Sabena technics to upgrade CN-235 tactical transport and logistics aircraft for Armée de l'Air et de l'Espace.
The consortium formed by Sabena technics and Thales has been awarded a contract for the upgrade of the French Air and Space Force’s fleet of CN-235 twin-turboprop tactical transport and logistics aircraft.
Thales facilities in Bordeaux, Brive, Châtellerault, Toulouse, Valence and Vendôme, and the Sabena technics site in Dinard, will be involved in the upgrade of the French Air and Space Force’s CN-235 fleet.
As you can see from this picture, it is not the first time we work with these aircraft 👩🏻‍🔧✈️👨🏽‍🔧

Let’s start the year with great news! Our new subsidiary Sabena technics BGC in Toulouse-Blagnac took off on January 1, 2023 🛫

Sabena technics is pursuing its development by integrating into its group the Fleet Management & CAMO, Powerplant & APU Borescope, Aircraft Modifications, and Flight Ops & OCC activities previously operated within Aéroconseil AKKODIS.

~ PRE-QUALIFICATION STRUCTURE POUR SABENA TECHNICS BORDEAUX ~

Le démarrage sur AEROCAMPUS Aquitaine de la PRE-QUALIFICATION Structure pour Sabena technics Bordeaux a eu lieu.

La collaboration entre SABENA TECHNICS BORDEAUX, Pôle emploi, AKTO, Maison de l’Industrie - Pôle Formation UIMM Nouvelle-Aquitaine et AEROCAMPUS Aquitaine permet à ces 11 demandeurs d’emploi d’intégrer une formation de remise à niveau et de découverte du métier, grâce à une immersion dans le monde industriel avec des mises en situation réelles et des périodes de découverte en entreprise.

À l’issue de cette formation, ils auront l’opportunité d’intégrer la formation préparatoire au passage du CQPM (Certificat de Qualification Paritaire de la Métallurgie) Ajusteur Assembleur de Structures Aéronefs, construite en partenariat avec SABENA TECHNICS BORDEAUX pour répondre aux besoins du métier, réalisé en environnement de maintenance et avec de la documentation en anglais.
