For us consultants, is compressing the time spent on production work such as draft decks, data summarization, benchmarking research, problem structuring…

This shift is real and it is raising the bar on speed and expectations, but it doesn’t replace the advantages of our consulting work:

1. Problem framing: AI is good at answering questions. Consultants are needed to define the right question.

2. Decision-making: knowing what matters in ambiguity, what to ignore, and when “analysis” is actually misleading.

3. Credibility: clients don’t buy slides. They buy confidence in decisions under uncertainty.

4. Alignment of stakeholders who don’t agree on incentives, priorities, or even reality.

5. Communication: not just clarity of language, but translation across functions, politics, and seniority levels.

6. LeadingChange: ex*****on doesn’t fail because of lack of insight, it fails because people don’t move.

AI won’t eliminate consulting. It will expose what was always the “real job“, less time producing artifacts and more time earning conviction.

3-day & seminar in Lebanon during the ceasefire.

At first, stress was high, but it quickly gave way to admiration, thanks to the smiles and energy of the MBA participants.

Even while brainstorming under constant pressure, the creativity in the room was outstanding: from reimagining AI in travel and events, to platforms connecting professionals and like-minded communities, to new concepts in preloved luxury rental.

There is something truly magical about .

From the moment you return, you feel an incredible sense of warmth and inspiration. Its busy streets (and multitasking-drivers), timeless resilience, rich history, the determination of its citizens, their open-mindedness, their strength, and vibrant social life… all of it leaves a deeply touching impression.

What stands out the most is the spirit of the people we deeply admire, those who stayed in Lebanon, whether by choice or by circumstance. Despite the many challenges, they built, created, and developed startups and successful companies. They continue to lead in the region and are visible and respected on the international stage.
