I haaaaate doing laundry.

So who knew a brand could actually get me, dare I say, *excited* about it?!

Tallow + Ash didn’t just grab my attention with their online presence, it converted me into a paying customer.

Selling a product online that you need to smell is a TOUGH job. But because their strategy builds trust at every touchpoint, it makes you think, ‘fck it, why not?’

And that’s where the magic happens 🪄

They already know they have a great product, but they understand that getting it into people’s hands is where the real work is.

Once it’s in your home, the experience and quality sells itself. Customers get hooked, and before you know it, they’re reordering before their bottle even runs out.

But this proves that marketing and building trust matter so much more than just focusing on the product.

When a business truly understands its audience like this, they nail the balance between showcasing personality, building trust, and delivering on their promises.

When you think about it - we all outsource in our personal lives:

☕️ We outsource to Baristas to make our coffee
🚗 We outsource to Uber Drivers to take us places
🏋🏻‍♀️ We outsource to PT’s to train us in the gym

We pay a premium to these people because it’s convenient, or they’re an expert in what they do.

Outsourcing doesn’t need to feel scary or intimidating, we all do it almost every day 🤗
