People connect with people👇

As a business owner, I see you grabbing every opportunity to educate your audience to be seen as an expert.

While it’s helpful for them to learn from you, what you are missing out on is the ‘connection’💫

It is important to show your human side from time to time.

✨Your audience should know the person behind your business, like you and trust you before they can commit to buying something that you have to offer.

You can achieve this by showing up through photos or videos as a faster way to build trust or by sharing your journey and experiences in a written format.

Do you lose time creating your Stories on the go?🤳

⭐️You now have the option to save drafts in your Stories up to one week from when you first save them. After which, Instagram will permanently delete them.

How to save a Story draft?👇

After you create a Story, click the ‘x’ to close it and you’ll be asked if you want to save it as a draft.

From now on, you can use this new option to:

🔹Create some extra Stories in advance

🔹Batch your content when you're in the flow

🔹Be consistent even on a busy schedule

🛑STOP being a people pleaser

Instead of trying to create content to please your audience, take a stand and use the social media platform to voice out your opinion.

You cannot speak to everyone but you can speak to some people, straight to their heart.

There will be people who will not agree with what you say and can choose to unfollow you. There will be others standing by your side and supporting your every move.

Losing followers in this case will only be helpful to you. You do not want to have them around in the first place. Spend your time nurturing the ones who remain.

BREAKING NEWS of Instagram👇

📢Adam Mosseri, the Head of Instagram has recently shared that “Instagram is no longer JUST a square photo-sharing app”.

They would be leaning more towards video-based content like TikTok & YouTube. The reason being that people like watching videos and being entertained✨

This news made a lot of people cringe, especially those who are most comfortable with sharing only photos, carousels and text posts but not videos.

If you belong to that category, stay calm and keep reading:

🔷Do not get overwhelmed. You will still be able to share photos and non-video form of content.

🔷Instagram still needs to test it out in the coming months. You still have time to embrace videos.

🔷Start making short form videos like Reels, Stories and IGTVs before aiming for the next step: IG Lives.

Entrepreneurship can feel like a lonely journey especially when the people around you do not get about what you do🙄

You might be thinking that you are probably the only one in your situation. Well, you are not.

What helped me when I started my freelancing journey is to connect online💻 with like-minded people. It can be with someone who has similar aspirations or who has already been on this path, who can guide and uplift others in the community.

⏳What are you doing with your time?🧐

Today, we can learn anything from scratch. We have all the resources available for free or you can pay a few bucks to learn what you want.

The question you must ask yourself though:

❓“Is it worth wasting my time figuring out on my own about something which is totally out of my domain instead of simply handing it over to an expert who can get it done efficiently in much lesser time?”

❌If you want to grow your business, STOP spending your time on trivial things.

✅Focus on the money-making activities of your business and delegate the rest.
