This week, as the train carved through the breathtaking Swiss Alps, I reflected on what makes Davos Klosters special. Beyond its reputation as the place to be and to be seen, it’s in the quieter margins that truly transformative conversations happen—far from the ’s big-stage spotlights.

In an authentic little hotel nestled in the heart of it all, I stepped into Neurodiversity 2.0. This is no longer about awareness alone; it’s about action—solving real problems, building frameworks, and creating the infrastructure where minds of all kinds can thrive.

Here are three key insights from this incredible summit that reaffirmed my belief in the power of neurodiversity to shape our future:

1️⃣ 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Nature thrives on diversity. Businesses can too. By shifting from a linear, competitive mindset to a giving economy, we unlock creativity, foster innovation, and build ecosystems where everyone wins.

Last week, at Othentik’s client workshop, we worked with bold leaders from diverse organizations to co-create and test new ideas.

Mardi soir, lors des Trophées H’up, j’ai eu l’occasion de passer le flambeau d’Entrepreneur de l’année au talentueux Romain Deffrenne.

Quand on me demande ce que ce prix m’a apporté, ma réponse est simple : de la confiance.

Non, ce prix n’a pas directement apporté de clients ou de revenus supplémentaires pour Othentik. Mais il a été un bon antidote à mes doutes à un moment où j’en avais besoin.

Ceux qui connaissent ce parcours le savent : on est porté par une vision forte, on embarque son écosystème avec passion, mais on se pose mille questions. Avançons-nous assez vite ? Suffisamment bien ?

Ce prix, c’était comme une voix extérieure qui murmurait : « Continue, tu es sur la bonne voie ».

J’espère que cette reconnaissance apportera autant de confiance et d’élan à Romain que j’ai pu en retirer cette année.

Un immense merci à h’up entrepreneurs, Pauline et son équipe, et à tous ceux qui m’accompagnent dans cette aventure entrepreneuriale.

AI thrives on neurodivergence.

From Elon to Sam, many AI leaders think differently. Neurodivergence fuels the creativity needed to unlock AI’s full potential—where out-of-the-box prompting becomes the new gold standard.

But it’s not just about building AI; it’s about how AI transforms collaboration. By bridging diverse cognitive styles, AI enables neurodiverse teams to work better together, amplifying innovation.

This was the core of my message to Engie’s global teams this afternoon, inspired by their visionary digital leader Biljana Kaitovic
