🏃‍♀️ Living in Paris but craving nature’s embrace, I put on my special soles and running shoes and hit mountains or parks at weekends. More than running; it’s a connection with the wild! 🏔️👟

Details matter, not just in shoes, in life too. Recently, my running shoes revealed I’ve covered 450 kilometers – more than I thought! 📊 Life’s like that; we need metrics. 🚀
Impostor Syndrome check: Even in leisure, it sneaks in. No formal KPIs, but the principle applies. Celebrate your wins, big or small! 🥳

🚀 Thrilled to share my roller coaster journey at Association Française des Conférenciers Professionnels, the French Speakers’ Federation! 🎤
Yesterday was a milestone in my life as I took the stage at AFCP to share my own journey, what makes me unique as a speaker🌟

🎢 My journey, life in general, is filled with challenges, triumphs, and invaluable lessons. I learn, we learn from chaos and obstacles that make us step out our comfort zone. Each twist has been a steppingstone towards personal and professional growth. I felt a deep connection with all my peers, an intense atmosphere as you all rode the roller coaster of my story with me. 🌪️

Visualisation is such an important tool be it in your personal life or in BUSINESS.
You use it to manifest, make reel, any idea, vision, you have for your business.
It can be done in total freedom, by allowing your hands guide you in your creation or guided, with an idea already set.
The most important is to give it a title. A title allows it to become real, and have a direction.

Have you thought about including your business, via a representative of your choosing, in your business decisions ?
