I put my camera down for awhile as I focused on my daughters wedding, but I think I’m ready to pick it up again to just shoot and have fun.

Over the last months I’ve been catching up on scrapbooking which is my way to preserve my words and personal experiences with my family. Tonight however as I scrolled through some of my photos in my gallery, I know I’m ready to grab my camera again.

I really want to explore places I’ve never been through travel and especially my minds eye. The sky is the limit!

I was very fortunate to have been to Notre Dame on two occasions, and to have the opportunity to photograph and absorb its majesty. Saying that I was in awe of its medieval gothic architect and pure splendor is an understatement. Hearing the bells toll in person gave me shivers, and the experience to be within a building with so much history was incomprehensible to me.

I have no words to express the historic loss to the world, to Catholics that considered the Cathedral a special place of worship, to those that have visited and to all those who haven't.

I hope you enjoy some of my pictures.

Lauren - Carefree, fun and spontaneous is how I would describe this shoot...

The wind was gusty, and a storm was approaching, but, I'm so excited with the outcome. What's so fun about photographing Lauren, is capturing her in sooo many different ways! Tonight I decided to share these, and tomorrow I'll share others that have a totally different feel.

Can't wait to deliver all of the proofs in a couple days!
