Jeudi matin, au Campus WPP, nous avons exploré ensemble les transformations profondes qui redéfinissent notre rapport au monde… et à la consommation.
Dans un contexte d’accélération et d’incertitude, une conviction s’impose : nous entrons dans une économie du sensible, où l’émotion, l’expérience et la connexion prennent une place centrale.

Au fil de cette matinée, nous avons structuré nos échanges autour de plusieurs temps forts :

— Décoder l’économie du sensible dans un monde en mutation�Comprendre les grandes dynamiques à l’œuvre et leurs impacts sur les comportements, les attentes et les arbitrages des individus.
— Activer la Consumer Intelligence�Montrer comment croiser data, insight et prospective pour transformer la complexité en décisions stratégiques éclairées.
— Focus sur deux profils consommateurs archétypaux émergents�Mettre en lumière de nouvelles façons d’être, de ressentir et de consommer, qui dessinent déjà les marchés de demain.
— Passer à l’action�À travers un cas concret de segmentation marché avec un scope Moyen-Orient, nous avons illustré comment activer ces enseignements de manière opérationnelle, suivi d’une discussion enrichissante avec Claire Pierre-Jean, Head of Products Strategy Mainstream DTC .

DELIGHTED TO HAVE WELCOMED THE BALABALA TEAM TO PARIS!

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the teams on our Paris campus during their visit to France.

Our collaboration with Balabala is part of a long-standing relationship — nearly 10 years of partnership. This visit was part of a strategic business trip, and we were fortunate to share a special moment: their new CEO, Product Director, and Line & Segment Directors.

The day’s immersive program included:
— A half-day at the WPP campus, offering them a comprehensive view of our expertise, introducing them to our talents, and fostering discussion around Balabala’s future strategy.
— In the afternoon, a retail tour at Le Bon Marché, to observe children’s market trends in France.
— And to conclude, an opening at the Palais de Tokyo for the exhibition “ECHO DELAY REVERB: American Art, Francophone Thoughts”, in excellent company.

A huge thank-you to the Balabala team for their renewed trust and these inspiring conversations!
