Sometimes, we mistake the wall in front of us for the whole of reality.
I have learned that many of our walls were built for a reason: to protect us from fear, disappointment, or pain. But what once protected us can eventually prevent us from seeing what is still possible.
We do not always need to tear everything down. Transformation may begin with one small opening: a sincere conversation, a difficult question, or the courage to see differently.
Perhaps the light was always there. We simply needed to create enough space to notice it.
What wall are you ready to open, even slightly?
