For 10 years, Impact Together Month has united our people globally around a shared purpose: creating meaningful change in the communities where we live and work.

What started in 2017 as Impact Together Week with just 160 colleagues has grown into a global movement – last year, over 32,000 of us supported community initiatives, helping over 309,000 beneficiaries by collaborating with 441 NGO partners and 24 clients.

Let's come together once again and make this year’s Impact Together Month 2026 our most impactful yet.

At InventX 2026, our annual flagship learning event, colleagues from across Capgemini Invent came together at Serge Kampf Les Fontaines to accelerate AI adoption, collaboration and innovation across the business.

The week focused on developing a builder’s mindset and accelerating how we embed Claude into the way we work. Through hands-on experimentation, our Claude Skillathon and expert-led sessions, teams shared ideas, explored practical AI applications and turned
concepts into tangible solutions.

As AI continues to reshape consulting, InventX is about building the skills, mindset and connections needed to help shape what comes next. Beyond learning, it brings together our colleagues from around the world to connect, exchange ideas, build lasting relationships

As technology continues to reshape industries, investing in future talent is more important than ever.

That's why we've launched the Philippines Digital Academy in collaboration with our partners AWS, Edukasyon.ph, and Synchrony, with strong support from Standard Chartered.

Designed to expand access to digital careers for Filipino youth, the academy equips learners with in-demand digital and cloud skills, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to help them thrive in a rapidly evolving global digital economy.

The journey officially began with the AWS re/Start Program Launch Ceremony, where industry leaders came together to inspire, encourage, and champion lifelong learning.

Together, we're opening doors to new possibilities, creating pathways to meaningful careers, and helping future innovators build the confidence to dream bigger.

Con la conclusione di una nuova edizione e l’avvio della successiva, Sound, il Brand Ambassador Program di Capgemini, continua il suo percorso di crescita anno dopo anno.
Quest’anno abbiamo registrato un numero di candidature circa tre volte superiore rispetto alle edizioni precedenti.
Questo risultato rappresenta molto più di una crescita numerica: è la conferma che il programma sta creando consapevolezza sul valore dell’employee advocacy e sul ruolo che ciascuno può avere nel rafforzare l’employer brand.
Quando le persone comprendono l’importanza di condividere esperienze autentiche, raccontare la cultura aziendale e contribuire all’attrazione dei talenti, si genera un impatto concreto e sostenibile nel tempo.
