When I first started my happiness journey, I didn't even know what the true definition of happiness was. Several years/hundreds of books/dozens of courses/1500 meditation hours later, not only I know what happiness really is, but I am helping people to understand from a neuroscientific point of view how and why it works.

This certificate is symbolically the synthesis of my journey so far and, in order to celebrate, I decided to dedicate my whole next week to people who need a personal or professional development session.

VREI O SESIUNE DE DEZVOLTARE PERSONALA SAU PROFESIONALA GRATUITA? (De fapt, sunt 2, dar e secret!)

Cand am plecat in cautarea fericirii, nu stiam nici macar definitia acestui concept. Cativa ani/cateva sute de carti/cateva zeci de cursuri/1500 ore de meditatie mai tarzium nu numai ca am inteles ce este fericirea, dar am ajuns sa ajut si alti oameni sa inteleaga ce este si cm functioneaza din perspectiva (neuro)stiintifica.

Acest certificat este simbolic sinteza calatoriei mele de pana acum si am hotarat sa o sarbatoresc dedicandu-mi intreaga saptamana viitoare persoanelor care au nevoie sau isi doresc sa aiba o sedinta de dezvoltare personala sau profesionala.

Daca esti interesat, trimite-mi un mesaj privat. Inutil sa mentionez ca intalnirea se poate derula in engleza, franceza, italiana sau romana. 😇

Thank you, Friends of British Scool of Bucharest for taking care of the well being of your students, their parents and their teachers! Happy to have contributed!

The Friends of BSB helped organise the first online conference on sustainable well-being and happiness that was attended by students, parents, and teachers.
They had a lot to learn from 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗻 (SERMAN INSIGHT), our speaker, they had reflected on how to maintain meaning and purpose in life to realise their potential, coupled with how they can contribute to individual and global well-being.
