Working from home is a new reality for many of us which can be overwhelming at times. What can we do to make it easier?

✔️ arrange a space which is set aside for work, where possible.

✔️ plan your time and your days by defining your working time precisely. Avoid being hyper-connected; set limits, and keep to them.
This applies not only to work: it is important to establish rules for the whole family (playtime and homework time for the children, household tasks, etc.).

✔️ take breaks to disconnect: go out on the balcony, open the window, stroke your dog, water the flowers…

✔️ set up and follow a daily routine - this creates a sense of structure at a time of unpredictability due to this exceptional situation.

Don't feel guilty if it is not perfect. We all have to learn how to cope with this unprecedented situation.
