👍🏻 Nudge management over command and control to encourage new behaviors and ownership
💟 Care over disregard to support mental health
🧠 Psychological safety over mental overload for people to be at their best at work
👥 Social cohesion over individualism to foster collective intelligence and innovation
🪞 Inclusion over exclusion for everyone to feel welcome regardless of background
🌍 And last but not least, a more sustainable world whatever the perspective may be, either social, economic or environmental
