Same kiosk. Same guests. 10x different results. 🤔

2 hotels install the exact same self-service check-in tech.
6 months later, one is quietly generating serious upsell revenue. The other's kiosk is basically an expensive key card dispenser.

The tech was never the variable.

🎁 The offer has to earn a yes (room upgrades > just parking)
🕘 The guest at 9pm isn't shopping like the guest on a weekend break
🤫 Privacy + time = guests actually consider the offer, no queue pressure
🙌 Staff confidence decides whether guests use it at all
