At Thales, participants in the Development Booster Program were asked to do something many professionals secretly find difficult:
Pitch themselves to a jury.
Not their projects.
Not their team.
Themselves.
They had just a few minutes to communicate:

→ their strengths
→ their ambitions
And that’s where many people struggle.
One of the biggest shifts after working with us?
Moving from:
“I’ve worked on lots of different projects…”
To:
“I help simplify complex communication and leadership challenges.”
Because a strong self-pitch isn’t a biography.
It’s positioning.
