Oh, how I love Liv Wilson from Australia. I tell everyone in my training about her. Her first graphic "Anatomy of an Executive Assistant" made it to two of my books and this piece here is going to be viral again.

I am introducing Liv to my community in September for a live lunch and learn session. It’s only week 2 and my clients are on fire to prepare the end of the year.

Today, I was working for a real estate company in the posh area of the Eiffel Tower.
My main tasks are
▶️ current correspondence
▶️ typing documents, reports and building excel templates
▶️ preparing mails for the post office

It could sound super basic, but the reality is that :
✅ I am working on high confidential data
✅ I have 7 hours sharp to complete all the workflow
✅ I am working with their devices, so I have to use all my technical skills to understand their organizational architecture

Why I love working with them and that’s the fact why they call me to come back year after year:
💯 It’s pushing me to test my admin basics
💯It’s old fashion way to work and we converse in sustained French
💯Their trust nurtures my self-esteem and they never discuss my rates

My one day fee is my best admin service: to test it is to adopt it 🙌🏼

Our Agenda is finalised, the Facilitators are working through their processes, I as Chairman of the Advisory Council and Helen Monument as the new Interim Chair of the WA-Alliance Council are writing our scripts, all to assist the smooth running of our first ever on-line WA-Summit meeting. This is a milestone.

Registrations are coming through steadily. Nearly 60 Delegates (27 countries) have completed Delegate Credentialing forms so there are still a few of those to come in before the closing date of 23 August 2020.

We hope that those in the northern hemisphere are enjoying a lovely summer and that those in the southern hemisphere are not too cold – here in New Zealand it is today 15C. I especially hope that every one of you world-wide is keeping safe as you manage your way through this global pandemic.
