Not done with cottage core. Not even close.

At Le Bon Marché, pre-Easter takes a sharp, playful turn — “All to the Farm” transforms the
most Parisian of temples luxury into a rural playground. Think egg hunts with real farms, a
nostalgic drugstore stocked with brushes, wooden pins and proper workwear, and a garden
corner blooming with seeds, plants... and bio juices on the side.

It’s more than décor — it’s retail theatre with purpose. A new kind of experiment shopping where
craft, community and curiosity collide.

Young designers step in. The whole family is involved. Luxury loosens up — just enough to let
something raw, simple, and slightly surreal grow through.

Humble meets hyper chic. And suddenly... it feels very now

A Thousand Flowers, One Universal Language

Spring 28 unfolds like a quiet manifesto of flowers.
Not one voice, but a thousand whispers.

Flowers speak a language without borders —
of desire, of tenderness, of strength in bloom.
They belong to no one, and therefore to everyone.

In their multiplicity lies their power:
wild and cultivated, fragile and bold,
each petal a different expression of being.

A wardrobe of flowers is never singular —
it is layered, emotional, alive.

No rules, no divisions, no claims.
Just the simple, radical beauty of blooming.

Showing-off is back.
Whether it’s the celebration of a sculpted body or the new social currency of exclusivity, bodywear is no longer neutral.

And yet - visually, much of the market still speaks the same language.

Bodywear is no longer a side category.

It is one of the most progressive, research-driven and culturally visible segments of performance apparel.

The opportunity?
To move beyond the uniform.
To bring back emotion, identity, and desire.

MORE, BUT BETTER.

Bodywear is no longer a side category. It is one of the most progressive, research-driven and culturally visible segments of performance apparel — yet visually, much of the market still speaks with one voice.

Today’s dominant “yoga uniform” aesthetic has delivered comfort, inclusivity and commercial success. But women’s lives are not uniform. They are layered, emotional, contradictory, ambitious. The next phase of bodywear must reflect that richness.

My presentation at Performance Days explores how textile innovation — in comfort, wellness, health and beauty — can move beyond function and become a driver of narrative. Within the 24-hour wardrobe, bodywear is not just what we train in. It is what we live in.

At Performance Days Munich I present SEVEN concepts for design and merchandising where functionality meets desire, where technology meets emotion, and where awareness of health and safety becomes part of brand storytelling.

IS BROWN THE NEW BLACK?

Excited to see lingerie and bodywear stepping confidently into fashion colour.

Chocolate brown and brownish reds signal a shift toward a richer, more expressive mood — in
both fashion and interiors. There’s a subtle Art Deco whisper in the air: velvets, jacquards, a
touch of dandy attitude. Satin is back. Even leathery finishes feel relevant again.

In bodywear, brown becomes the new “dark neutral.” Softer than black. More layered. More
sensual.

It mixes beautifully with buttery yellow, warm ecru, powder pinks and lilacs — creating depth
without aggression.

Brown isn’t safe. It’s cultivated.

And in a 24-hour wardrobe mindset, it moves seamlessly from lounge to street to statement.

Full energy. Clear vision. No looking back.

New York was a catalyst — meetings, sharp conversations, real contacts.
Confidence restored.

London this week added muscle.
Strategy is no longer a thought — it’s a direction.

Concepts Paris is rebuilding — not to repeat the past, but to reclaim strength with new structure, new rhythm, new alliances.

We feel the pulse of a world in transit.
And we know exactly where we stand.

Year of the Fire Horse?
Perfect timing.

Movement. Courage. Acceleration.

On we go. 🔥🐎

Let’s talk about Alpine embroidery traditions.
A story with a long and layered history, rooted in two worlds: the European nobility’s appetite for exclusive luxury, and the Alpine farming communities seeking income during the long winter months, when cattle returned from the mountains and daily agricultural work slowed.
What began with farmers’ wives working by hand gradually evolved into a true cottage industry. Families invested in the first looms, skills were passed from generation to generation, and entire households became involved in embroidery production.
Today, little remains of the original Alpine embroidery industry in Europe—yet the craft, knowledge, and sensibility endure.
Delicate cotton batiste nightgowns and fine Swiss handkerchief embroidery are now re-emerging, carried by the renewed appetite for craftsmanship within the luxury sector. These refined, almost innocent techniques feel newly relevant again, reinterpreted through contemporary fashion and textile innovation.
From heritage to modern expression, Alpine embroidery proves that true luxury is timeless—quiet, skilled, and deeply human.

LESS NOISE. MORE VISION.
We warmly invite you to discover our little corner at Interfilière Paris — a calm, thoughtful space within the energy of the fair.
Meet the Concepts Paris team and explore our vision of information and trend subscription, developed for a moment when inspiration has become noisy and overwhelming. The post-Covid years pushed us to step back and rethink what designers, brand directors and merchandisers truly need to feel inspired again.
At the heart of our approach lies market intelligence: a digital information service complemented by two early printed editions of Design Concepts. These books are especially appreciated by decision-makers who enjoy developing their vision quietly — through observation, reflection and carefully crafted visuals.
Our strength comes from a genuinely unique team: multi-generational, culturally diverse, deeply connected to trade fairs and grounded in a worldwide client network. Our focus remains clear — lingerie, bodywear and resort — explored through the richness and complexity of the female world.
Come and see for yourself how we analyse, translate and shape lingerie today — with emotion, intelligence and intention.

Invitation reminder – Conference
How to make the lingerie business cool again
Gen Z women are very clear:
lingerie shops, bra brands and departments do not feel made for them anymore.
They embrace bodywear, vintage lingerie and brands with attitude —
but they miss emotion, intelligence and desire in today’s lingerie offer.
In the 80s and 90s, lingerie had coolitude.
Today it risks becoming neutral, technical and invisible.
In this talk, I will explore how the lingerie sector can reconnect with a new generation —
by restoring pleasure, personality and cultural relevance,
and by rethinking lingerie as part of the 24-hour wardrobe rather than a closed category.

Thought for 2026: Tongue-in-cheek seduction speaks to a new feminine confidence.
Women enjoy taking themselves less seriously — play becomes power. From hen-party rituals to the playful irreverence of the latest season of Emily in Paris, humour softens seduction and makes it approachable. Styling with animals adds an extra layer of irony and affection, highlighting vulnerability, warmth, and our very human soft spots.
