๐๐ ๐๐๐ฌ ๐ฏ๐๐ง๐๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐ญ ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐ข๐งรฉ๐๐ฌ.
Cette annรฉe, la canicule sโen est mรชlรฉe. Il a fallu sโadapter : partir plus tรดt dans les rangs pour vendanger avant que la chaleur ne monte, surveiller les parcelles de plus prรจs et resserrer le calendrier.
Pas le millรฉsime le plus simple. Mais notre รฉquipe et nos saisonniers ont tenu bon, jour aprรจs jour, sous un soleil qui nโa rien lรขchรฉ.
Le raisin est rentrรฉ. Cโest maintenant dans le calme de la cave que nos jus vont sโaffiner.

This year, the heatwave had a say in things too. We had to adapt: starting earlier in the vineyards to harvest before the heat set in, keeping a closer eye on each plot and tightening the schedule.
Not the easiest vintage. But our team and seasonal workers kept going, day after day, under a sun that simply wouldnโt let up.
The grapes are safely in. Now, in the calm of the cellar, our w**es can begin to develop.
