That's it, I have done my last job. Marie's Helping Hands/Les Mains Secourables de Marie is now officially closed.
I would like to take this last opportunity to thank all my clients for their loyal custom. Many of who have become good friends.

I would also like to wish Kevan and Alison well, both have undertaken some of my existing clients. Also have established a client base of their own.
Thank you both for your help and support. I wish you both well in the future.

I would like to inform you all, I have made the decision to return to the UK to be with my family.
Therefore, I would like to thank all my clients past and present for their valued custom, some of which have become valued friends too. I will be closing my business at the end of September. Thank you all once again for your support.

Ironing marathon completed!
7 duvet sets and pillows cases, 5 fitted sheets, 26 shirts, a pair of trousers and a set of curtains. 🥵 rocking along to some good tunes too. 🎤 🎶

After making good my clients staircases, today I decided it was time to give the stairs and landing in our Gite Les Chats Noirs some TLC and beautifying. Really pleased with the results. 😁

Wishing all our clients a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.

T'was the night before Christmas,

And all through the house,

Not a speck of dust to be seen,

Not even an ounce.

The kitchen was clean,

And the windows were spotless,

As the kids settled down,

Dad says, “We got this!”

Mum is ecstatic,

To see the bathroom shine,

She sinks into her bubble bath,

With a big glass of wine.

Once everyone's asleep,

A noise outside descends,

Could it be? Is it really?

Santa and his reindeer friends!

As he flew down the chimney,

He noticed the floor,

The sharp vacuum lines,

Warmed him to the core.

He knew who to thank,

He knew right away,

T'was Marie's Helping Hands,

That had saved the day!

He filled up the stockings,

And ate Mince pies with cream,

You could hear Santa exclaim as the reindeer took flight ,

“Thank God for Marie and her magnificent team!”

Some of you may remember, I started on this floor Lefamous Knight a few weeks back. Well whilst the landlady Jane Skews was away, Jules Ordish and I cooked up a plan to get it all done as a birthday surprise for her. Quite a few hours later, and it was done! Have to say I was glad to have the day off after. Back and legs were aching slightly! But very pleased with the results. 😁

Another of those get stuck in and bring back the love jobs today.
Not completely finished yet, but definitely better.
This was how the Aga, was left, when my clients moved into their house. Needless to say, they are now looking forward to using it again very soon 😁
