Founded by Lei MENG, SparklingPlus Asia is a professional Ch*****ne consulting company. Based in Reims, the company is dedicated to promoting Sino-French cultural exchanges, especially the Ch*****ne culture in Asia market. On 5th January, Sparklingplus Asia provided a sommelier training at Sheng Yong Xing, the new-awarded Michelin 1-star in Beijing!
Sheng Yong Xing is among the very best Peking duck restaurants in the city, crispy Roast Duck with caviar, giving us an ultimate experience. Otherwise, what makes it really stand out is the same high quality of the other dishes and w**e pairing service.
We can find already an excellent w**e list here, in order to help sommeliers to have better understanding of Ch*****ne, Sparklingplus selected chosen five different styles Ch*****nes on their list and let them learn more about the characteristics and the culture behind it.
