• Aujourd'hui, c'est la journée internationale du Pinot noir ! 🍇
Et cette année... quelle année !
Les contrôles maturité sont faits. Depuis plusieurs jours, on goûte, on mesure, on observe... parcelle après parcelle, pour suivre au plus près l'évolution des raisins 👀
La chaleur a quelque peu bousculé le calendrier et, ces derniers jours, nous attendions la pluie... Mais celle-ci n'est pas venue 🫣
Alors plus besoin de regarder bien loin sur nos agendas, on vendange en fin de semaine ! ✂️
Une belle façon de célébrer le Pinot noir non ? Cette variété si chère à notre Bourgogne et que vous retrouverez dans nos AOP Rully et Mercurey.

And this year… what a year!
Ripeness checks have been carried out at the domain. For several days now, we’ve been tasting, measuring and observing… plot by plot, to monitor the grapes’ development as closely as possible 👀
The heat has thrown the schedule into disarray somewhat, and over the last few days we’ve been waiting for rain… But it hasn’t come 🫣
So there’s no need to look too far ahead in our diaries – we’ll be harvesting at the end of the week! ✂️
A lovely way to celebrate Pinot Noir, isn’t it? This variety, so dear to our Burgundy region, and that you'll find in our Rully and Mercurey AOPs.
