What an incredible Open Day! ✨

On Saturday, we welcomed nearly 1,500 visitors to our Saint-Dizier site for a day full of discovery, sharing and great conversations.

Families, friends, machine enthusiasts and curious visitors came to explore our factory, learn more about our jobs and meet the people behind Yanmar.

This success would not have been possible without the incredible commitment of our teams. Nearly 100 employee volunteers dedicated their time, energy and passion to share their work and provide the best possible experience for every visitor.

We were also pleased to welcome Quentin Brière, Mayor of Saint-Dizier, who took the time to visit the site and meet our teams.

20 years, 3 roles, one company.

Today we’re continuing our People Story series with Cédric, PLM Administrator at Yanmar Compact Equipment EMEA.

Cédric joined Yanmar two decades ago as a drafter. He then evolved into a design engineer role, before stepping into his current position as PLM Administrator. His journey is a clear reflection of what internal mobility can look like when skills, curiosity and commitment meet opportunity.

At Yanmar, we believe in growing talent from within. Careers are not linear, and we actively support our teams in exploring new paths and developing new expertise over time.

Cédric’s story is one example among many of how we aim to build long-term careers, not just jobs.

Ready for IRE 2026.

The Yanmar team is set up and ready in Maastricht as the International Rental Exhibition opens tomorrow.

Over the next three days, we’ll be meeting with rental professionals from across Europe to discuss fleet needs, industry trends and the role compact equipment plays in supporting rental businesses and their customers.
