Our client Château du Rayet was deservedly awarded 5* today!

The two classification inspectors couldn’t stop saying ‘ooh la la’ and’magnifique’ throughout the tour and said that the château was a jewel in the crown of the Lot & Garonne.

It’s a stunning end to the work that we’ve done for the owners over the past few years, of which we are very proud.

Congratulations B&G!🥂

VRBO should be renamed PATHETICO

Here’s the text from their T&C’s:

4.8.3 In addition, should Host receive a Vrbo Lead about a Listing that is or becomes unavailable for the Guest’s requested dates, and then within 30 days of that Vrbo Lead executes a booking with the Guest for another property owned or managed by Host that comprises the same or similar dates and destination, regardless of whether Host lists the substitute property on our Service, Vrbo will be entitled to the Commission or an Off-Platform Booking fee on the total amount charged for the booking of the substitute property.

4.5.7 For so long as any Property is listed on our Service, you will provide to Vrbo Content and Host Ancillaries that are at least as complete, accurate, current, detailed, and favorable as the information, content, services, amenities, fees, policies, rules, restrictions, availability, booking conditions, and other materials that you make available through your own websites, applications, booking engines, call centers, social media channels, property management systems, APIs, data feeds, or any third-party booking, marketing, advertising, distribution, metasearch, AI-enabled agent, assistant, automated service, or other channel. You will not withhold from Vrbo any material Content, Host Ancillary, amenity, policy, restriction, availability, or other information that you make available through any such channel and that would reasonably be relevant to a Guest’s search, comparison, booking, payment, stay, cancellation, refund, customer service, or post-stay experience.
