[Allures 45.9] 🐚 Same hull. Same crew. Eighteen months apart.

Swipe from a palm-fringed anchorage in the Caribbean to a Greenland fjord where the sea sat at 2.9°C. Between those two frames: the Panama Canal, the Tuamotus, Fiji, New Zealand, Indonesia, the Cape of Good Hope and the Labrador Sea.

Broadsword left Scotland in July 2021 and came home four years later — 43 countries, 44,000 nautical miles, four oceans, sailed by her owners without any rally behind them. Fewer than 200 yachts complete a circumnavigation in a given year, and fewer than half do it unsupported.

The autumn boat show season is fast approaching. From September 8 to 13, 2026, the Allures Yachting team will be at the Cannes Yachting Festival.

While no Allures yacht will be on display this year, our sales team will be there throughout the show to discuss your bluewater cruising plans, answer your questions, and help you shape your future sailing project.

As an added opportunity, visitors will be able to step aboard the Garcia Exploration 60, a sister brand within the Grand Large Yachting family. Although designed for a different sailing program, she showcases the same level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality of finish that define every Allures yacht.
