Although no Garcia yacht will be on display this year, you will be able to step aboard the Allures 45.9 and discover the aluminium construction expertise, build standards and attention to detail shared by our two shipyards.

A relevant opportunity to meet the team, clarify your project and define the capabilities it requires.

When the tide goes out, capability remains.

On the vast sands of Vauville, Normandy, the Garcia Exploration 60 Landventure demonstrates one of the practical advantages of an aluminium centreboard yacht.

In suitable tidal and seabed conditions, the ability to take the ground can extend access to coastlines, anchorages and stopovers beyond conventional harbour routes.

For the crew, this means more than reaching shallow water. It creates additional options and greater control over the sailing programme.

More access. More autonomy. More capability.

Where would you take the ground first?

"The Northwest Passage attempt is underway. 🧊

Since leaving Nuuk in mid-July, Hafiz, Sadik’s Garcia Explocat 52, has been steadily making her way north.

From the fjords of Greenland to the Arctic Circle and the ice of Disko Bay, the route has already required constant observation and adaptation.

After Ilulissat and the final miles along Greenland’s west coast, *Hafiz* reached Upernavik before setting off across Baffin Bay towards Arctic Canada.

The crossing brought fast sailing, icebergs and periods of dense fog, before reaching Pond Inlet and continuing west through Lancaster Sound to Devon Island.

On August 8, *Hafiz* was anchored in Burnett Inlet. The next objective: continue towards Fort Ross and Bellot Strait, as the crew assesses the conditions ahead.

The route continues. One stage, one decision at a time.

Did you know you can glide into water most yachts can't reach? 😲⛵ (Part 2 of 6)

In our latest video, Pete Goss dives into the clever underwater design of the Garcia Exploration range!
Instead of a fixed keel, these yachts use a retractable centreboard. The benefits for everyday life on board are huge:

🏖️ Explore shallow areas off-limits to most yachts—and even dry out on the beach. 🌊 Going downwind, raise the board and the boat becomes calm and easy to handle. ⚡ It also takes the strain off your autopilot, saving power on long passages.

Simple, safe, and made for adventure. What do you think of this setup for long-distance cruising? 👇

Fast, fun, and incredibly easy to handle! 😍⛵

Take a look at the Garcia Explocat 52 flying across the water! We built this aluminium exploration catamaran to take you to the most extreme corners of the globe safely, but we certainly didn't forget the pure joy of sailing.

Hitting peak speeds of up to 17 knots has never felt so smooth and soothing! 🌬️ Thanks to a perfectly optimized deck layout, all the maneuvers are centralized right next to the helm. That means you get all the dynamic thrills of fast catamaran sailing without the heavy lifting—it is remarkably easy to maneuver with a small crew.

You can push the limits and have fun on the water, all while enjoying the absolute peace of mind that comes with a robust aluminium structure.

Tag the friend who would love to trim that red sail! 🔴👇

Peace of mind for your blue water adventures. 🌊⛵ (Part 1 of 6)

Heading down the Portuguese coast or dreaming of the Northwest Passage? Safety comes first. In this new video, Pete Goss explains why the Garcia Exploration range is built from aluminium.

It's strong, it's light—and if the unexpected happens, an aluminium hull won't tear. Just ask Jimmy Cornell, who hit a large piece of ice in the Arctic and sailed another 2,000 miles before he even noticed any damage!

Watch the first video of our series for Pete's take on building a boat you can truly trust. What gives you the most peace of mind when sailing offshore? Tell us below! 👇
