Required chef to work for a house in Villefranche sur mer 3-4 days a week between 25th july till 31 august. Preparing lunch snd dinner, Russian food, BBQ, meals for the children. Experience working with Russian family , understsnding necessary to be anleto choose the correct products, fresh foods and quality products . Musthave a sense of responsibility and have complete integrity and respect and protect the privacy and confidentially of the family. Working at least 6 hours a day or more when required. Receptions, dinners will be for 6 - 10 people. You must be able to do the full preparations for such parties including setting up the diinig table and room. Knowing how to set a table correctly is vital. You will need to live away from the home but also have a vehicule to be able to do the shopping and collect provisions for the dinners etc. As the family vehicule may not be availsble to use
