A look back at last Thursday, 4th June…. for the first time I had a pleasure to organize a truly special day for this sweet couple from my country, Poland 🇵🇱 . Adrian and Sylwia got engaged in a beautiful scenery of a stunning castle among the vineyards. May their life be also like a fairy tale 🧚‍♀️. Last week I had pleasure working with a group from Poland 🇵🇱 introducing them to the Bordeaux region and . Those were three intense but very enjoyable days. Polish groups as well as other nationalities are always welcome to my tours 🤗

Painting the “belly” of the barrel with a red wine-based pigment. The reason is simpler than it seems- aesthetics. The red stripe conceals the inevitable wine runoff when barrels are topped off after evaporation has occurred.
