Euromycel is a French company producing mycelium implanted in Touraine, home of the royal chateaux of France and cradle of the Champignon de Paris. The company was created in 1960 to supply quality mycelium Royal Champignon which was at that time the most important cooperative of mushroom producers in Paris in the world. Since 2000, the company has opened to export while remaining supplier to its

parent company Royal Champignon, now France Champignon. In 2010 France Champignon, of which Euromycel is bought by the international Bonduelle group (10,000 employees, € 2 billion in sales) specializing in the production and sale of vegetables fresh and appertized throughout the world. This purchase allowed the company to invest in new equipment, laboratory, to modernize.
