Another one completed by Proflux Weld & Fab ✅

Custom fabricated and installed front double bi-fold gate set with an additional single pathway gate, finished in a clean satin black finish with bespoke decorative inserts to make it personal to the customer.

This project involved careful design and precise measurement to work with the existing posts that had previously been installed, followed by fabrication, finishing and final installation to ensure everything lined up perfectly and operated smoothly.

Attention to detail matters. Consistent gaps, solid construction, smooth operation, nylon pads in wear locations and a finish built to last.

Proud of how this one turned out. Jobs like this remind you that good fabrication isn’t just welding steel together.. It’s about creating something that looks right, works right and adds real value to the property ✨️

What a transformation on this old entrance gate.

This gate was heavily weathered, tired looking, rusty in places, and badly in need of some attention! But instead of replacing it, we brought it back to life ✨️

The gate has now been:
✔️ Repaired
✔️ Realigned
✔️ Strengthened
✔️ Refinished
✔️ Fitted with a much cleaner mounting setup

The difference speaks for itself.

Built with a robust steel frame, integrated mesh panels and dual door access. The system features toggle clamps and secondary spring pin locking for maximum operator safety and secure containment.

Fully modular in design, allowing for scalable dimensions up to 1.8m high × 1.7m wide × 1.7m deep, making it adaptable to a wide range of machinery setups. All welds fully penetrated and dressed for a clean and high-quality finish.

Fabrication and installation of these 18 heavy duty ground anchors to secure and protect vulnerable pin points.

2 x drain covers also fabricated and fitted.

Each unit fitted with,
✔️ Solid mild/stainless steel materials.
✔️ Fully galvanised for long-term durability.
✔️ Resin anchored and bolted directly into the ground.
✔️ Designed to act as a strong physical stop against forced entry.

Custom bin storage job completed 🚮

A bespoke bin storage unit fabricated and installed to an airbnb outside Newmachar to provide a clean and practical solution for organising outdoor waste bins.

The frame was built from mild steel box section for strength and durability, fully galvanised for long term protection, with a concrete slab poured for solid ground support. Chained access allowing the bins to be easily moved in and out while keeping the area tidy when closed.

Designed to blend into the surroundings while standing up to daily use and the Scottish weather, the finished unit provides a neat and robust storage solution that keeps the space organised and visually clean.
