🚨 Saturday emergency job! 🚨

Spent the day tackling a leaking hot water cylinder hidden away in the loft. Getting it out was a mission — and when we did, we realised just how close the homeowner was to disaster. The floor underneath had rotted away, and that heavy cylinder could have crashed straight through the bedroom ceiling at any moment! 😳

The real highlight, though? The customer. He was so grateful, jumped in to help, and genuinely appreciated the effort. 🙌 That kind of attitude makes all the difference — and makes the hard graft worthwhile.

Gratitude goes both ways, and today was a great reminder of that. 💯
