Sometimes, you just need a dog on your lap when recording a video 🐕💜

🕰 There was a time when I thought feeling overwhelmed was just part of the deal...
Late nights, constant pressure, and juggling a never-ending to-do list.

I thought I just needed to be more disciplined... more structured... more like everyone else.
But deep down, I knew something wasn’t right.

It wasn’t that I wasn’t trying hard enough, it’s that the system I was using wasn’t made for me.
