From her first role as Marketing Coordinator in 2019 to her managerial role now, Sarah has seen Doqaru morph and change throughout the majority of its lifespan so far. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Our ElevateHER sales mastery programme is now in full swing…🏏

We are delighted to be sponsored by the Scottish Ecosystem Fund 2023/24 and we love sharing the updates of how it is going!

📈 So far, we’ve held a confidence and mindset workshop, conducted sales evaluations and given each individual valuable feedback on their top skills and development areas.

On Monday, our Co-Director, Dr. Yekemi Otaru hosted an interview and networking session with business experts such as Sarah Downs, Lori Richardson, Nigel Jenkins and Bayile Adeoti.

All of the attendees took part in discussions about:
🗝️ Handling rejection, and how that might affect motivation to hunt for new business

🗝️ Culture and upbringing affecting how people discuss money in sales conversations

🗝️ Sales process being a critical part of feeling more prepared in sales conversations (more on this at the overnight retreat😉)

A very festive evening…

Last Friday, we ventured to Village Hotel Aberdeen for our Christmas night out🎄.

It was an evening filled with food, music and dancing, and we all had a fantastic time!

It was a great way to wind down and celebrate after a very busy and exciting year. We look forward to a well-deserved break during the festive period!

From everyone at Doqaru, we’d like to thank you for all your continued support this year.
