Despite the weather ☔️ it was still an Aberdream Business Services Event rather than Aberdoom for BNI Energy Chapter, Aberdeen at Westhill Golf Club this morning! 😆

A very busy morning welcomed 4 new visitors who learned the power ⚡️of referral networking.

First up Alex Cardow of Triumph Cleaning Limited demonstrated how small businesses can flourish in the age of AI from his marketing presentation using automation.

The big show Corrie Deans of FG Burnett was up next showing a impressive portfolio stretching all the way to Shetland! 🚢 and showed how he saves his clients 💰

A special mention to Joanne Cairney of LFI Creative who won cuppy! 🏆 and was warmly rewarded for her efforts as our secretary ☺️

Our visitors then had the opportunity as always to ask while tucking in to their breakfast.

Not bad for a tenner 💶

Another breakfast roll fun packed morning at BNI Energy Chapter, Aberdeen Our chapter president Davie of Kore Solutions claimed the coveted cuppy 🏆 for best pitch, and the proud Aberdonian looked as though he'd scored the winning goal at Pittodrie⚽️ 😂

Jen Bowen of Grampian Accounting stepped up for her presentation demonstrating an unwavering commitment to helping her clients saving 💰.

From taxes to payroll she was at hand to answer a multitude of questions from members and guests. Well done Jen!

It was James of Envisage Copywriting in the education slot, that provided members and guests the tools to helping understand EVE (BNI's Exceptional Visitor Experience) A valuable lesson for everyone in the room on why BNI is different from any other networking group.

We were asked what it means to be a BNI Energy Chapter, Aberdeen member 🤔

Well, we answered on our Events day.

Graeme Thomson of Northcote Services had the pleasure of being the big 🧀 😂 filling in as Chapter President and did an awesome job! 💪

Inspiring thoughts and experiences from Calum Bruce Scott James & Associates and Radek Gogolinski of Bridge of Don Services about the business friendships. Peter Rowe 💻 of Shiny Networks, talked about how presentations and pitching helped grow his business and character.

Speaking of which, Peter, did David Brent proud with this pitch parody of his daughters favourite🇺🇸 YouTuber. ▶️ All that was missing was the famous backwards cap 🧢. Cool, story, bro 😂

The all-important pitching trophy (cuppy? -- name still tbc) 😂😂 of course went to Pistol 🔫 Peter Rowe 💻 😝

A 4 minute by Brian McCritchie of Men In Mind was both inspiring and sobering. His journey filled with laughter and highlighted challenges of mental health that we all face every day ♥️

Another busy week for the BNI Energy Chapter, Aberdeen 💪 under the amazing backdrop of Westhill Golf Club

This week was the turn of our powerhouse cleaning expert Radek Gogolinski of Bridge of Don Cleaning Services. The former wrestler 🤼‍♂️ 😂, showed us how important client relations are in his business for the spotless commercial properties he manages.

Ron McGregor of McGarrow Architecture briefed us on preparation in presentations, demonstrating we aren't just a one trick pony 🐎 but also a learning facility for our members. 🤓

It’s always exciting to see our chapter grow with talented local professionals. Another jam packed Wednesday morning!

Many thanks to Corrie Deans of FG Burnett for sharing more about what he does and the wide range of commercial property services his business provides. It was a great presentation and a great opportunity to learn more about his expertise. Even blew our 🤯 about managing a space port🚀 😂

Alex Cardow of Triumph Cleaning got heads literally in the gutter 😂, when he got his 4 minute stripes of talking about his business and how his staff are trained in rope access for those hard to reach high places 🏢

Thanks to all our vistors, for the conversations, referrals, and the energy that comes from being part of such a fantastic network. Here’s to helping each other grow and succeed!

BNI Energy Chapter, Aberdeen has its fair share of twists, like the World Cup. You never know when a business opportunity just pops out of nowhere! 🔮

Today’s BNI meeting was a powerful reminder that networking is about more than business—it’s about building a community that cares.

Our chapter had multiple visitors from different charities to share their vision and mission. When like-minded professionals unite with a shared purpose, small actions can lead to meaningful change.
Together, we’re not just growing our businesses—we’re strengthening our community, one act at a time. 💙

Happy Scotland/Brazilian eve everyone 😂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇧🇷

Today we welcomed our newest member into the chapter, Adrian Wdowiak of Hades Printing. 🖨️🫟 Adrian visited our chapter before joining and is already gaining business. We are so happy to have him in! He knows where the business is! ⚡️

It was also a great day to be a (doo Ron 😂) Ron McGregor McGarrow Architecture. Ron gave the chapter an insightful presentation on what he does and what his business offers. He was also awarded the trophy for best pitch. 🏆🏛️🏘️

The big G 😂 Graeme Thomson of Northcote Services educated us all on referrals, and awards were given to Sarah-Louise Hay and Joanne Cairney Well done members⚡️✨
