🍜
Lunch is served.
My bowl is full, just like my life since April. I've had to put the brakes on and reassess.
The last six months have been chaotic - good money, exciting experiences, but at a cost. I've missed out on precious time with family and friends, and my mental health has suffered.
I've been running on empty, working crazy hours with no downtime. I know I'm capable, but only when I'm not overwhelmed.
When I'm on a high, I think I can conquer the world, but when I'm low, it's because I've neglected my own needs.
So, I'm taking a step back, regrouping, and learning to balance my life with my Cyclothemia. It's not going away, but I can learn to manage it.
For now, I'm working part-time at a local garage. It's not glamorous, but it gives me the space to breathe, set a routine, and enjoy the simple things. Sometimes, the most mundane things can bring the most joy.
