JOB TYPE: Full-time, permanent
SALARY: £21,000 - £36,000 per annum
SCHEDULE: Monday – Thursday, 8.30am – 5.00pm. Friday, 8.30am – 12.30pm
LOCATION: Office Based | Rising Bridge, Lancashire
BENEFITS: Uncapped Commission Structure | No overtime/weekends/bank holidays

Healden Grove has been providing quality, marketing support to professionals since 1991. As a result of growing demand for our services, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our existing Business Development Team.
The successful applicant will have the responsibility of representing our clients and contacting potential new clients on their behalf, by telephone. The objective of the approach is to arrange meetings for them to discuss, face-to-face, the benefits of using our clients’ services.
THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL TELEMARKETING OPPORTUNITY. WE DO NOT EMPLOY ‘HARD SELL’ TECHNIQUES.
The successful candidate will be mature in attitude, completely trustworthy and will have the ability to converse with decision makers at a senior level. Previous experience is not essential as full training is provided in house and our ethos is a low volume but high quality approach, which is also reflected in our rates of pay.
An average of just 2 appointments per day would result in a monthly bonus of £1,500 (£18,000 per annum) on top of the basic salary, with each meeting resulting in additional commission and no cap to your potential earnings.
