Fantastic volunteering day again today at Phyllis Tuckwell, Hospice Care’s new Hospice filling up a huge skip, cutting back trees and shrubs, moving two sheds and clearing up to create 4-5 more parking spaces. So worthwhile, great team building time and LOTS of fun and laughter

and just like that another month has gone by and the ice cream van is here again at Smurfit Westrock Beacon.

Smurfit Westrock Beacon's first ice cream van of the year today. We managed to get through until the last 15 minutes before there was a light shower so very grateful we didn't get soaked!!

A big day for our Design Supervisor, David Baker, who celebrates 25 years working for the company today. Our GM Steve Burns presented David with a bottle of ch*****ne and £1,000 of Virgin Holidays vouchers for his Long Service Award.

On Sunday 10th May Beacon entered 2 teams into the 5-a-side football tournament organised again this year by Hi-Speed in aid of our Charity partner, Phyllis Tuckwell.
A fantastic £9,186 was raised for Phyllis Tuckwell. Hi-Speed said this is absolutely staggering, so thank you once again to everyone for your generosity and support.
The tournament was held again at Badshot Lea FC in Wrecclesham near Farnham.
Well done to all the teams that took part and to Hi-Speed for organising the tournament again this year.
