Huge congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Jean Radford! 💚
Jean is an outstanding member of the team whose positivity, enthusiasm and caring nature set the tone for those around her. She is reliable, hardworking and approaches every challenge with a genuine can do attitude. No matter what role needs filling, Jean steps in without hesitation and delivers to a high standard.
Her contributions go far beyond her day to day responsibilities. As a First Aider, MHFA and Health & Safety Appointee, she supports the wellbeing and safety of the entire workplace with professionalism and compassion. She also takes the lead on our social media posts, designed the BH Newsletter, and organises office events — all of which she handles with creativity, energy and pride.
Jean is a pleasure to work with and a true asset to the organisation. Her dedication, versatility and positive influence make her thoroughly deserving of Employee of the Month.
