We are a diverse company that provides business property in the form of serviced offices and business/industrial units. We cater for all types of businesses that require accommodation. We also have a wide variety of meeting and conference rooms available for hire to suit all the needs of businesses, including a co-working office space at the e-centre. Since the early 1990s we have been building up our office and industrial portfolio, in response to (and sometimes in advance of) demand, and have developed accompanying business support services to promote economic development in the Clackmannanshire area. Our quality of business accommodation and fantastic service, along with our central location makes our properties some of the most sought after in the region. We also provide business support for our tenants and local businesses, including those considering moving into the area to assist with business growth. We deliver the National Business Gateway contract for Clackmannanshire, dealing with all businesses from start-up to growth companies. As part of the Business Gateway contract we provide a variety of free training courses and as part of Ceteris commercial we provide paid for training courses for staff and businesses. Our customers/tenants are our focus and we continually seek to improve our services and products in response to customer feedback. We can’t believe it’s already been a month since Forth Valley Business Week 2026! 🚀

Across the week, we heard from businesses and experts about navigating the economy, powering growth and AI, while other events like Emerge Women created opportunities to connect, share ideas and learn from one another.

One of the highlights was The HEAT Competition, with 33 businesses entering this year and an incredible standard of applications. Another huge congratulations to HooseLtd, who were crowned our 2026 winner! 🔥

We were also delighted to work alongside some fantastic sponsors and partners, including Diversity Energy Solutions, Persimmon Homes and Central FM, who all helped make the week possible.

We finished the week with our Business Fundraising Lunch, celebrating this year’s award winners and raising funds for our amazing charity partner Strathcarron Hospice.

Over the past few months, our CEO Josie Saunders has been getting stuck into different areas of Ceteris through a series of work-shadowing days. 👏

From spending time with different departments, including Maintenance, Cleaning and Front of House, Josie has been getting involved behind the scenes and seeing the work that happens across Ceteris every day.

This has been a great example of Josie’s hands-on approach to leadership, helping to build stronger connections between different parts of the business and highlighting the work that our tenants and customers might not always see.

It’s a great reflection of the people and culture at Ceteris, and the importance we place on sharing knowledge and experiences. 💜

We’re delighted to be shortlisted for this year’s Social Value Awards! ✨

Increasing our social impact is one of three priorities in our new Corporate Strategy 2026–31.

Our previous strategy made significant progress, supporting 309 business start-ups and 56 growth businesses, while also reducing our carbon footprint by 25%.

Building on this progress, we aim to increase our social impact by 10% over the next five years. Through our property and business support, we’ll continue helping businesses grow, creating jobs and developing skills, while tackling inequality and supporting local communities.

We’re proud to have this work recognised and look forward to celebrating alongside organisations from across the UK in Liverpool on 3rd December!

What a great turnout at yesterday’s Funding & Workforce Support event! 👏

It was great to see so many employers from growing businesses across the Forth Valley. Andrea McFarlane and Mandy Campbell were there representing the Ceteris and Business Gateway teams, sharing more about the funding, incentives and support available to help businesses grow.

We also heard from Clackmannanshire Council about the new Local Growth Fund, and Clackmannanshire Works and the Department for Work and Pensions about employer incentives to hire new staff.

Forth Valley College shared more about funded training opportunities for employers and individuals, and STEP Scotland also joined us representing Business Gateway Stirling.

We were delighted to be finalists at the Herald Scottish Impact Awards 2026 last night! ✨

Ceteris was shortlisted for the Sustainable Innovation Award, recognising organisations embedding sustainability to create environmental and social impact.

Andrea and Karen headed along to the awards ceremony at the Glasgow Marriott Hotel, representing the team and celebrating alongside organisations from across Scotland.

It was a great opportunity to reflect on the work we do to create positive social and environmental impact, and we’re proud to have that work recognised through the awards.
