Let’s be honest, running the North Pole must be a massive operation. But, just like the workplace, it only works because each reindeer brings something “different” to the sleigh.

💛 Dasher - Enterprising, bold, driven and always ready to charge ahead. The spark that gets things moving, a natural leader, the first to volunteer and never sits (or stands) still.
💙 Donner - Enquiring, curious and analytical. Always looking for ways to solve problems before they appear and constantly seeking better ways to fly!
🧡 Prancer - Promoting, expressive and engaging, a natural ambassador of the team. Inspiring others and bringing energy that lifts everyone’s spirits sky-high.
💜 Dancer - Perceiving, empathic, intuitive and highly tuned into the team dynamic. Dancer knows exactly what the others need to perform at their best.
❤️ Blitzen - Responding, supportive and motivated to help others. Great at communication and helping others work together more effectively as part of a team
🩵 Vixen - Organising, structured, detailed, and methodical. Vixen ensures the harnesses are fitted, the plan is set, and that nothing has been overlooked.
And Rudolph...well, Rudolph shows us that when we embrace individual differences, strengths shine through.
