On Thursday 9th July from 2:00pm - 4:15pm, Rod will be demonstrating the team building exercise, Hold the Front Page!

This is a powerful activity that tests teamwork under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment, leadership, attention to detail, creativity and much more!

Come along and experience it as your participants will - our demos are a great introduction to activities you might not have used and a great way to ensure when it comes to running it yourself you feel confident!

Train the Trainer Workshops.

Our Evaluation/ROI workshop on the 29th June is now full.

But there are few places left on "Leveraging Strengths for Exceptional Training and Facilitation" on 9th July.
(Zoom 10:00pm - 1:00pm)

This dynamic, experiential 3‑hour workshop helps trainers understand and use their facilitation strengths in a way that supports all learners, including those who are neurodivergent. Led by Nick Lennon‑Barrett, an experienced L&D specialist, executive coach, and author of Organised Chaos: Turbocharge Your ADHD Superpowers, the session blends professional expertise with Nick’s lived AuDHD experience to bring neuroinclusion to life in a practical, strengths‑led way.

Participants will explore how their natural strengths show up in the training room, how those strengths can support (or unintentionally hinder) diverse learners, and how to adapt Trainers’ Library® activities to create more inclusive, engaging and psychologically safe learning experiences.

Our community is really important to us because it's made up of real people with a passion for experiential, human-to-human learning.

We've already created loads of ways for our community to connect - for example in our Discovery Days and Workshops and our Talk and Share forum.

And we're helping to support our self-employed members with tools like our free opportunity alerts.

But we want to make it even easier for our community to connect.

And we want to support them as they continue to develop the skills that set them apart from other trainers and facilitators.
