of Altrincham has now launched a special Summer Programme designed to help children retain and strengthen maths skills over the long summer break through personalised learning and confidence-building support.

Josh Hammond, Centre Director, Mathnasium of Altrincham confirmed:

“Our Summer Programme is designed to keep children engaged, motivated and progressing in a positive environment, helping to prevent summer learning loss while building confidence and understanding. By September, students return to school feeling more prepared, more confident and ready for the year ahead.”

Altrincham Garrick Playhouse, the much-loved community theatre is flinging open its stage doors and inviting the whole community to a spectacular FREE Open Day on Sunday 7th July. Whether you’re a lifelong theatre-goer, a curious newcomer, or a budding performer, this is your golden-ticket opportunity to explore every nook and cranny of one of the region’s most treasured cultural institutions.

What Awaits You:
✨Backstage Tours (£5 per person & £16 family ticket) The highlight of the day! Take a guided tour through the Garrick, including the auditorium, the stage itself and our incredible wardrobe and the workshop =departments. Book your place in advance at altrinchamgarrick.co.uk/shows/summertours2026 a limited number of spaces will also be available to book on the day, so don’t miss out!
✨ FREE Show & Costume Parade – Be wowed by a free performance including a spectacular costume parade showcasing the Garrick’s stunning wardrobe collection. A must-see for the whole family!
