Award-winning Cheshire beauty brand Brows By Sarah - Elite Permanent Makeup Artist has announced a major new partnership with LOOKFANTASTIC , marking a significant expansion for the independent business, founded by renowned brow artist, Sarah Fogg.
Sarah said: “I’m beyond proud! I started Brows by Sarah renting a little space in a beauty salon, then grew my client base, took the leap and opened my own clinic.
