Second Appeal for CCTV / Video Doorbell Footage

We are asking anyone who has CCTV or video doorbell footage in the areas of: Trap Street / Road, Swettenham Road, Chelford Road, Giantswood Lane or Forty Acre Lane (shown below) to review their footage between 02:50 and 04:15hrs 04/09/2026.

We would be interested in any clips however brief or distant of a caravan being towed along any of said routes or any footage of pick-up style vehicles traveling the routes during the relevant times.

🚨 STOLEN CAR – PLEASE SHARE 🚨

A black Nissan pickup truck was stolen from outside a house on Sinderland Road yesterday (Sunday 9th August), between approximately 4pm and 5:30pm.

Registration: H14 PCR

If you live around Sinderland Road or the surrounding area, please check any Ring doorbell, CCTV or dashcam footage from that time. Even if you don’t think you’ve captured the vehicle itself, any footage of suspicious vehicles or activity could be helpful.

Newly-installed CCTV cameras have caught a fly-tipper in the act!

The cameras, installed by Trafford Council on Banky Lane in Sale, captured a man dumping a large amount of furniture out of a white van. He has since been prosecuted.
