We should probably clear something up.

FOURGE isn’t just an online shop with a few BBQ rubs.

That’s where we’re starting, not where we’re stopping.

The rubs are live. The merch is live. The Founders Box is live. But behind the scenes, we’re already working on what comes next — hot links, curing kits, fuel and a few other ideas that are getting us fired up.

We told you. We’re going for this.

And it’s not just products either. You can now book FOURGE for events across the UK. Festivals, pop-ups, private events, brand collabs — if it needs fire, smoke, flavour and a bit of theatre, we’re in.

We’re a chef, a butcher, a flavour specialist and a digital/community bloke who’s been banging the UK BBQ drum for years.

Four skillsets. One fire.

And through all of it, Pass the Flame stays at the centre. Everything we do is built around growing the UK BBQ scene and giving someone else the spark to get started.

Our first proper opportunity to give back is already in motion.

So yeah, the shop’s open.

But this is bigger than a shop.

First one out as FOURGE, and it hit hard.

Not behind a screen. Not just talking BBQ. Actually stood there, shoulder to shoulder, smoke in the air, fire lit, crew together.

Lee from .sear . from . Ben from . Andy from .

Four lads. One flame.

The Big BBQ Community Cookout gave us the perfect place to step out properly as FOURGE, and the reception honestly blew us away. The chats, the feedback, the support, the people asking what we’re building, tasting the graft, and getting what this is all about.

And seeing people walking around in FOURGE hoodies, T-shirts and baseball caps? That made us tingle a bit inside. No shame in saying it.

But the real icing on the cake was meeting some of our Founders. The first 50 who back the FOURGE Founders Box and help fuel this from the start. We’ve sold 25 so far, which means there are only 25 Founder spots left for anyone who wants to be part of it before they’re gone.

Those people aren’t just customers. They’re FOURGE family forever.

The menu got plenty of love too. FOURGE links with pineapple relish, lamb crostini, lamb with mint and Parmesan vinaigrette, pineapple shredded pork collar, smoked lamb taco with feta and tzatziki, SPARK chicken with Carolina sauce, and Carolina brisket burnt ends. Proper live-fire graft.

And one thing kept coming up.

Andy’s Carolina sauce.

He was testing it on the day, and the feedback was ridiculous. People wanted to buy it there and then. That’s when you know something’s got legs.

So stay tuned. We’ve got an idea . . .

This is bigger than rubs, meat, merch, or menus. It’s about UK BBQ, community, giving back, and building something real.

Massive respect to everyone who came over, showed love, shared food, shook hands, talked smoke, wore the badge, and made us feel like we’re building something that matters.

This was the first one. Plenty more fire to come. 🔥

This one stopped me in my tracks.

Without a doubt, this is the best thing I’ve ever cooked in my 5-year BBQ journey. I’m not even exaggerating. It completely shocked me.

Sticky, smoky pork belly cooked low and slow with Fourge BBQ EMBER rub, braised until tender, skewered, dunked in glaze and tacked back up on the Ninja Kitchen UK FlexFlame until it went dark, glossy and savage. Then finished with that bright orange pepper drizzle, crackling crumb and spring onion.

Fourge BBQ has never just been about rubs, merch, or turning up to events looking the part. It’s about building something real with people we trust, food we believe in, and a bigger purpose behind it all.

The response to the Founders Box has been class so far. There’ll only ever be 50, and 25 have already gone. If you’re still on the fence, check out the Founders Wall on the website and have a word with the people who’ve already backed it. They’ll tell you straight.

We’re also getting closer to being out in the wild properly, with the smoker heading to events like Community Cookout 2026 and Meat Up Festival We can’t wait to get out there, feed people well, and show you what FOURGE is all about. The menu’s taking shape, we’re still tweaking it, and yes — founders get discount on food too. Just saying.

The Pass the Flame collection is nearly ready.

Before we release it, we want to bring a few of you along for the final part of the journey.

These are the rubs we’ve been building from the ground up — cooked with, tweaked, argued over, and refined around real fires. We’re proud of where they’ve landed… but we don’t want hype.

We want honest feedback.
No smoke. No sugar-coating. Just the truth.

So we’re opening up a small number of early samples to people who care about flavour, BBQ, and doing things properly.
