Taking some time to switch off, recharge, and enjoy a bit of quality time in the sunshine with the family.

That said… if you’re a small business owner, you’ll know the “out of office” is never really on 😅 I’ll still be keeping a quiet eye on emails in the background.

Out of office is on! What a year it’s been, and next year looks like it’s going to ramp up again with the changes finally announced this week!

A big thank you to all of my clients, it’s been amazing to work with you all and can’t wait to see what next year brings!

For now, that’s me done, I’m looking forward to some downtime with my family ~ don’t worry I will be checking emails occasionally!!! But now pass me the Quality Streets!

Little did I know that 8 years ago, when my youngest had started primary school, I had quit my Head of HR role the year before and sitting at my parents house throwing around ideas of setting up an HR consultancy would I be here now…. 8 years on!

It’s been quite a journey, the sudden death of my mother just a few weeks after launching, and then sitting in my first client meeting a matter of days after hearing this news. A global pandemic, breast cancer… yeah it’s been a rollercoaster.

Would I change it? Absolutely not!!!!! I’ve worked with some amazing clients, some that have been with me pretty much since day one. I love the challenge, I love the variety and enjoy getting to know new businesses and helping with all their people problems.

So today, happy 8th birthday to Clarion HR 🥳
