Congratulations to the Living Wage Foundation on 25 years campaigning for fairer pay.🎉

At Venture Security, we're proud to have been an accredited Living Wage Employer for more than nine years. For us, paying a fair wage is about recognising the contribution our people make, often working unsociable hours and taking on considerable responsibility to keep people, property and communities safe.

We also believe that being a good employer means being a responsible business. That means building a company on sound foundations, managing our finances responsibly, honouring our commitments and creating sustainable employment that people can depend upon.

We're very proud of our history and of our people, and proud to continue to support the real Living Wage.

When Venture was founded, back in 2006, we did so with the aim of becoming a leader in the security field - not only by providing an excellent service and always delivering on our promises, but by matching it with outstanding customer service.

Now, we’re proud to be building on those foundations with the launch of our new training division. This next chapter in our growth will see us expand our capability even further. We will be raising standards, investing in people and strengthening the industry from the ground up.

It's been our pleasure to work with Stannah Group, one of the UK's leading engineering companies, since 2017. We have huge respect for the company, which has values that match our own, also being an independent, family owned and run firm.

We look after 19 company sites located across Andover and Salisbury, including manning the front desk as an added security measure outside of usual opening hours, conducting mobile patrols, locking and unlocking several buildings and responding to out of hours call-outs.

And we just love hearing feedback like this!

Love these photos we've been sent from the recent British Forces Resettlement Services Recruitment Fair in Tidworth, showing our team in full swing, speaking with attendees about career opportunities at Venture.

It's got us reflecting on all the fantastic people we met, and the many interesting conversations we had that day.

Making the transition from the armed forces into the private security sector is a natural step, with so many transferable skills. We know this because a large part of our team at Venture comes from a forces background.

If you weren’t able to make it to Tidworth but you'd like to learn more - including about our in-person training centre in Andover and upcoming courses - please get in touch.

Introducing our new marketing partner, Theme Group.

The team have come on board to help us spread the word about all the exciting developments going on at Venture right now. Top of the list being the official launch of our new in-person training division, Venture Training & Consultancy.

We know lots of you have already spotted our new training course ad campaign, which recently went live. And our new artwork has also been making a splash at the many regional careers events we’ve been attending. But there’s lots more still to come.

It was great to be joined by Theme’s MD Mark and Creative Director Jo at our new premises under development in central Andover, for a special tour and to spark even more creative thoughts.

We look forward to the months ahead and seeing the impact of our partnership.
